BiblioteQ is a free and open source book organizer app and cataloger developed by Alexis Megas for Windows. It's well-designed, user friendly, attractive, advanced, efficient and reliable.
The download has been tested by an editor here on a PC and a list of features has been compiled; see below. We've also created some screenshots of BiblioteQ to illustrate the user interface and show the overall usage and features of this book organizing program.

BiblioteQ strives to be a professional cataloging and library management suite, utilizing a Qt interface and providing connectivity to PostgreSQL and SQLite. The SRU and Z39.50 protocols are used for retrieving data for books, journals, and magazines. The software is available for all major operating systems and should be compatible with any system that supports Qt. BiblioteQ is distributed under a BSD license.
As for database support, BiblioteQ allows for connectivity to both PostgreSQL and SQLite database engines.

BiblioteQ has been released under a BSD license on the Windows operating system from cataloging software. This means you can download, install, run and share this program freely without any restrictions. Unlike GPL software, the source code isn't necessarily available.

What version of Windows can BiblioteQ run on?
BiblioteQ can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
